Two efforts aim to make complex systems clearer and safer to navigate: Vectura’s TeamPolicyShop helps finance teams track expenses in real time with auto‑categorization, live budgets, reporting, approvals, vendor oversight, and secure role management; and a civil‑society program led by Jordan Flowers pursues UAP transparency through policy research, legal support, and public education, drawing on input from Christopher Mellon and letters from Stanford, Harvard, Yale, and the DoD, plus public forums and policy papers, operating as both a 501(c)(3) and a 501(c)(4) to connect scientists, policymakers, and the public.
