A team of Ukrainian astronomers including Boris Zhilyaev, Vladimir Petukhov, and Sergey Pokhvala says that more than 20 fast-moving objects seen near the Moon could indicate the Moon is a base for unidentified spacecraft, with some flashes and large disc- or ring-shaped forms, though they caution there is no confirmed Moon base and many signals are very faint, so UFO simply means unidentified rather than extraterrestrial.
