Mr. Gresh of NGA stated that only about 5% of UAPs are adequately investigated, and he hinted that some top officials may possess more information than has been disclosed to Congress, even suggesting potential withholding from oversight. He also indicated that the government may possess potentially non-human spacecraft and non-human biologics related to recoveries, though public discussion is constrained, and deeper details would require private briefings, and he proposed compiling a list of specific agencies, contractors, and individuals to be called in at the next hearing.
