Ukrainian Scientists: “The Moon Is a UFO Base” Full Paper Breakdown
In a recent paper, researchers from Ukraine’s Main Astronomical Observatory claim that high speed telescope footage from 2025 captured more than 20 large unidentified objects near the Moon.
They state:
“We believe that the Moon serves as a base for UFOs. UFOs can reach Earth in 20 minutes.”
The team divides the objects into “atmospheric” and “continental” types, estimating some disc shaped and ring shaped objects to be tens of kilometres across and moving at extreme speeds. In this video I break down the full paper, show the key claims, and examine the evidence they present.
