Two government domains, Alien.gov and Aliens.gov, were registered by DHS on March 17 and are hosted on Cloudflare but not live by March 19, with undisclosed purposes and a tease from Anna Kelly, while the Pentagon declined to comment and the move ties to Trump’s pledge to release extraterrestrial files after Obama suggested he believed in life beyond Earth, and Biden in 2023 directed the National Archives to compile UAP files though some materials may remain classified, while Congress has held UFO/UAP hearings including a September 2025 session with four witnesses claiming firsthand experiences and possible government shielding, and the Archives hosts some records online but many materials remain restricted.
