Led by Avi Loeb, an Unidentified Aerial Phenomena Science Advisory Council will study archival UAP data and recent Pentagon releases, publish credible findings on a new website with minimal funding, include Michael Shermer, Jennice Vilhauer, and Navy veteran Timothy Gallaudet to ground the work in science and how people report encounters, consider explanations from ordinary to speculative, and share results with intelligence and defense agencies to guide policy and responses.
