UFO Disclosure, a Shadow Cabal, and Celestial Cooperation: Paul Helier’s Symposium Remarks

To the point

Paul Helier argues that UFOs are real and have visited Earth for millennia, calls for near-total disclosure, and urges a compassionate, cooperative future with humanity and celestial neighbors, drawing on accounts from Linda Molton How, Paula Harris, Charles Hall, and John Mack.

PAUL HELLYER'S TESTIMONY AT THE CITIZEN HEARING ON DISCLOSURE (WASHINGTON DC 2013)

Paul Helier, a former Canadian Minister of National Defence, spoke at a symposium about UFOs, recounting how a young contact and Colonel Corso’s The Day After Roswell spurred his interest and asserting that UFOs are as real as airplanes. He cited a 1960s flotilla of UFOs into NATO Europe that caused alarm at SHAPE, and cited an investigation concluding that at least four species have visited Earth for thousands of years, including Zeta Reticuli, the Pleiades, Orion, Romea, and other alter star systems, noting that Linda Molton How helped name three species. He described encounters with the Tall Whites and related experiences via Paula Harris and Charles Hall, who spoke of working with the United States Air Force at the Indian Springs gunnery range, and he recounted Millennial Hospitality as a key account. Advocating full disclosure, he suggested 95 to 98 percent transparency, with a caveat about a few items possibly not ready for public domain, and argued that taxpayers can handle a broader reality of a cosmos teeming with life. Beyond disclosure, he criticized global warming inaction, the obstruction of a clean-energy transition by vested interests, and described a Cabal—comprising the Council on Foreign Relations, Bilderbergers, the Trilateral Commission, international bankers, oil cartels, intelligence agencies, and select military figures—working toward a shadow world government. He invoked David Rockefeller’s remarks about forming a world order beyond public scrutiny, linking it to erosion of civil rights and a shift away from national sovereignty. He linked post–Cold War power shifts to the so‑called Project for a New American Century, arguing that the 9/11 attacks were exploited as a catalyst to justify preventive wars and a global constabulary, urging a paradigm shift toward cooperation with all humankind and even celestial neighbors. He urged youth to engage in halting global warming, reforming the banking system toward fairness, and embracing a spiritual ethic guided by the golden rule to live in harmony with our celestial neighbors as well as on Earth. The closing note drew on Dr. John Mack’s Passport to the Cosmos, stating that while abductees report beings who are not gods, their behavior can seem closer to the godhead, serving as messengers, guardians, or angels.
