Patrick Ryder said the All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office found no evidence of alien visitation, secret programs, or off-world technology, and that with better data most sightings would be explained as ordinary objects or phenomena such as misidentifications, weather events, balloons, or drones, with some cases remaining unsolved.
