France’s CNES is publishing its full online archive of unidentified aerospace phenomena, including about 1,650 cases and 6,000 witness accounts dating to 1937, to alert science, curb rumors, and show that some sightings are explainable while many remain unexplained, according to Jacques Patenet, head of the UFO cell.
