To determine whether UAPs are real and understand their nature, pursue a program of high-quality, cross-domain data collection (visual, infrared, magnetometer, RF, etc.), reframe the data as a cross-disciplinary product usable by ornithology, insectology, meteorology, astrophysics, and security to attract funding and policy support, build interdisciplinary collaborations to demonstrate practical value beyond UAP studies, maintain a rigorous scientific stance open to the possibility that UAPs may not be real and be prepared to disprove oneself, and share the data broadly to maximize tangible benefits—while noting a personal note that the author is in a technical field adjacent to UAP work and does not pursue this approach due to competing priorities.
