Clinton Wayne Nelan, a 33-year-old from Elkins, West Virginia, repeatedly called 911 to report zombies, ghosts, and a UFO, claimed to be a Louisiana police officer but was not, and was arrested for misuse of the emergency telephone system and impersonating a law enforcement officer, jailed on a cash-only $2,500 bond.
