Unidentified Aerial Phenomena in Ukraine: Kyiv Observatory’s High-Speed, Multi-Station Observations of Cosmics, Bright Luminous Objects, and Phantoms

Researchers from Kyiv’s Main Astronomical Observatory and the National Academy of Sciences report an uptick in unidentified aerial phenomena over Ukraine, classifying them as cosmics, bright luminous objects, and phantoms that move rapidly and sometimes in groups, are hard to capture with fast cameras, with phantoms seen at 10–12 km altitude, about 3–12 meters in size, and up to 15 km/h, while stressing that no military link is established amid rising global interest in such phenomena.
