Declassified Project BLUE BOOK: Findings, Unidentified Sightings, and the Absence of Extraterrestrial Evidence

To the point

Declassified BLUE BOOK records show most sightings were explainable and posed no threat, 701 of 12,618 remained unidentified, there is no verifiable evidence of alien technology or an MJ-12 conspiracy, Roswell has no BLUE BOOK connection, a 1994–95 GAO review found balloon-origin materials and no cover-up, records were moved to the Military Reference Branch, and the Air Force does not plan to restart UFO investigations, while private groups may study aerial phenomena and figures like Robert Cutler and General Nathan Twining are cited only in relation to unsubstantiated MJ-12 memos.
